Throughout her career, she has served as a Communications Training Officer, Tactical Dispatcher, Tactical Dispatch Team Lead, peer support team member, Peer Support Coordinator, department instructor, and supervisor.

Her extensive training in crisis negotiation, crisis intervention, team tactics, and operational logistics has given her a deep understanding of the high-stakes decisions, cumulative stress, and emotional demands faced by emergency communications professionals.

As the founder of the 911 Wellness Project and a lead instructor, Glenna is committed to changing the way the 911 community approaches wellness. She equips professionals and agencies with practical tools, relevant training, and sustainable support systems designed for the realities of the work.

Her mission is simple but essential: to ensure that those who spend their careers helping others have the knowledge, resources, and support to care for themselves and one another.
